LA INC. is governed by its Board of Directors. With 35 available seats, the Board represents a cross-section of the LA economy and business community. The directors are elected to serve three-year terms. The Board is composed of non-paid volunteers who assist the CEO as it provides financial and operational oversight of the organization.
