Los Angeles Convention Center
LA INC. The Los Angeles Convention and Visitors Bureau is contracted with the City of Los Angeles to book and schedule citywide events at the Los Angeles Convention Center. This turnkey service makes planning your event in Los Angeles a worry-free experience. We’ll provide access to the convention center’s 64 meeting rooms, 770,000 square feet of exhibit and meeting space, and help you find the right configuration for your event. Downtown Developments
Downtown is one of LA’s hottest destinations, and it continues to build on its solid reputation with new developments including LA Live, which will include two new hotels being built adjacent to the convention center: JW Marriott (878 rooms) and The Ritz-Carlton (123 rooms).
The $1.2 billion Grand Avenue Project is also on the horizon. The project will encompass 3.2 million square feet around the Walt Disney Concert Hall on Bunker Hill, including a 16-acre park that will connect the Music Center with City Hall. The projected completion date is 2011.
